Content is provided for general information and marketing. Pricing shown as “starting at” or similar is indicative and may change; a final quote depends on the scope of your project.

We may update, pause, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

Submitting the inquiry form, emailing us, calling, or messaging us on WhatsApp (+1 (585) 404-6079) or Facebook Messenger (m.me/abigailcdumlao) does not create a photography contract or reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only when we agree in writing (for example by email or a signed agreement) and any required retainer or deposit terms for your session are met.

Wedding, family, corporate, modeling, and brand sessions are governed by the specific service agreement, estimate, or contract provided for your booking. Those documents control deliverables, timelines, fees, cancellation, travel, image usage, and other session terms.

If anything on this website conflicts with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls for that booking.

Photographs, film stills, text, branding, and design on this site are owned by Abigail Dumlao Photography & Film or used with permission. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, download for redistribution, scrape, train AI models on, or commercially reuse portfolio images or site content without prior written permission.

Client image licensing (print rights, social use, commercial brand use, etc.) is defined in your individual photography agreement, not by browsing this website.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the inquiry form (spam, false information, or harassment)
• Attempt to disrupt or probe the site or its hosting infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape gallery images at scale
• Impersonate another person when contacting us

The site may use or link to third-party services, including email delivery (Resend), analytics (when you consent), Google reCAPTCHA (when enabled), Google Search Console (for our search monitoring), hosting (Vercel), and messaging apps (WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or practices of third-party sites or apps you open from this website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abigail Dumlao Photography & Film and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on site content. Our total liability related to website use is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us solely for website-related fees in the twelve months before the claim (if any), or (b) USD $100. This limit does not override remedies set out in a signed photography contract for a booked session.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you also acknowledge that policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply. Courts in Monroe County, New York (or the federal courts covering that area) are the preferred venue for disputes about these website Terms, unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise for a booking.

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms for website use.
